Deposit/cancellation policies:

Two night deposit of your stay will be applied at the time of booking which equals your room charge plus tax

Cancellations Policy - Reservation cancellation must be received 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a full forfeiture of the advance pre-payment.

Modification Policy - Reservation modifications are permitted up to 21 days prior to arrival. Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees. Reservations arriving within 21 days are non-refundable. Any changes made to reservations within 21 days prior to arrival are subject to daily rate changes and/or additional nightly rates.

Reservations made with declined or invalid credit cards are subject to cancellation

The Resort Service Fee is waived.


Flying to Oahu

Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on Oahu is Hawaii’s major airport, serving as the entry point for most of Hawaii’s visitors. All major domestic carriers and many international carriers serve Oahu, so you can travel here from just about anywhere. Direct flights from LAX to HNL are approximately 5 ½ hours.


Traveling on Oahu

You can get around by car rental, shuttle, taxi or Oahu’s public transportation system. Many visitors also enjoy taking bus tours to conveniently explore the Island. Others rent mopeds and motorcycles. More information about Oahu can be found on Go Hawaii, the official tourist site.

From the Airport

It takes approximately 55 minutes (37 miles) to get to Turtle Bay from the Honolulu International Airport:

  1. Take H1 Freeway, Westbound.
  2. Stay on the HI Freeway for approximately six miles.
  3. Look for signs for the H2 Freeway, Northbound (North Shore/Wahiawa). Merge right onto the H2 Freeway.
  4. Continue on the H2 Freeway North to Wahiawa. Exit at Wahiawa (Exit 8) on to 80 (Kamehameha Hwy) through Wahiawa.
  5. Continue Northbound, 80 connects with 99.
  6. Stay on 99 to Haleiwa.
  7. The road now bypasses Haleiwa and becomes route 83.
  8. Continue on 83 approximately 20 minutes toward Kahuku.
  9. Turtle Bay Resort will be on the left hand side.

Turtle Bay is located on the North Shore of Oahu, the big wave surfing capital of the world. The hotel is conveniently located near legendary surf breaks Pipeline, Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay. A beautiful 15 minute drive North will take you to Historic Haleiwa town which provides attractions, shopping and dining. Turtle Bay is also a 10 minute drive from the Polynesian Cultural Center.
